Dr. said that Trump took the Montreal Cognitive Assessment ...

and scored 30/30...

But I find this interesting...

Overall Advantages and Disadvantages of the MoCA
The MoCA's advantages include its brevity, simplicity, and reliability as a screening test for Alzheimer's disease.

In addition, it measures an important component of dementia that's not measured by the MMSE, namely executive function. It seems to work well in Parkinson's disease dementia, and unlike the MMSE, it is free for non-profit use.

Of note, the MoCA is available in more than 35 languages, and there is also a MoCA Test Blind which allows cognitive testing for those who are visually impaired.

A disadvantage of the MoCA is that it takes a little longer than the MMSE to administer, and like many other screenings, it should be paired with multiple other screenings and tests to accurately identify and diagnose dementia.

A Word from Verywell..
Being aware of what the MoCA includes and how it's scored can help you better understand its results for you or your loved one. Remember, also, that the MoCA, while helpful in identifying cognitive concerns, should be combined with several other assessments conducted by a physician in order to fully evaluate mental functioning and identify possible causes of memory loss.

* where's the other testing? lol

Remembering 3 to 5 words (that can be hard actually, depending on the words and the intermediate activity and conversation, if you have not practiced and are impaired). I remember when my parents came back from such a mini-test. Long ago my dad messed up the clock and the word memory part...but he told my mom before she took it so she knew what to expect and did ok.

Just saying, it is possible to prep for some of the mini cog tests.

And they'd NEVER tell us, likely citing national security concerns. This doctor was likely told what to say by a superior officer, and threatened with a court martial if he deviated one iota. Ethically he can say he was just following orders.

Nobody in their right mind could look at Drumpf and say he is healthy mentally or physically.

Regardless, I'm not buying that he has been "fully" evaluated for early onset or subtle dementia symptoms.

I am not surprised that a simple test didn't reveal the beginnings of his father's legacy in him ON TOP OF HIS EXISTING LIFELONG MENTAL DYSFUNCTION that we see in evidence Every. Single. Day.
