Jackson siblings get into 'FIGHT' at family home as police stop them taking Michael's children to see grandmother in bitter feud

Sheriff’s deputies were responding to reports of a fight at the home of Katherine Jackson. Officials have confirmed the fight involved various family members, though no arrests were made.

“Lost Hills deputies responded to a family disturbance at the home of Katherine Jackson in the city of Calabasas. Deputies determined that a physical altercation had occurred, a battery. It involved members on the Jackson family,” Steve Whitmore, a spokesman for the Sheriff’s Department, said.

Los Angeles police were called to the Calabasas, Calif., mansion of Jackson family matriarch Katherine earlier Monday to stop Michael Jackson’s three children from being removed from the house, Celebuzz has exclusively learned.

Those three kids need to be removed from the clutches of those other relatives and put under the supervision of some neutral person they trust. I have NO idea who that is.
Some are mad they weren't in the will and claim it was false.
They need to STOP IT! Those 3 kids have been through enough. Leave them be.

Kidnapping? Held against their will? The older groups are out of their minds.

3. I always thought that maybe Janet would be a decent

guardian for the kids (with an independent attorney to watch over the estate to protect it for the kids). She is successful in her own right with probably more then enough money of her own. She also seems to lead a low key life trying to stay out of the limelight. The brothers seem like they would be out to get whatever money they can from the estate.

SHE was kidnapped, and the children hadn't seen or talked to her for over a week, and she is their legal guardian, their de facto MOM. Those kids need a GAL assigned NOW.

Some wonder if she even knows because she would stop this crap with those kids.
She is their legal guardian, and they can't supercede her without some skullduggery. She needs to be with those kids.
I thought about a GAL. Somebody with no dog in the fight needs to intervene and help those kids now!

7. No other family member has a legally right to mess with those kids

After I posted this, I went on celebitchy.com and found a few things. VERY weird. No way Katharine wouldn't talk to those kids for over a week. Every report says how much she loves them. The Jackson Siblings want the money set aside for Katharine and the kids to go to them -- sources say MJ's kids aren't really Jackson, because they are adopted, and money should stay with "blood family." Nice,. eh? I mean, they tried to kidnap those kids. Thank goodness their security team and nanny are loyal to the kids, and called the cops and physically restrained the Jackson Siblings.

Prince can ask for emancipation in a few months, and I hope he does. I hope something can be set up so they can have a GAL until they turn 18, and have some kind of live-in "foster parent" or something.

I think MJ was a child molester whose money kept him out of prison, but he knew what he was doing when he left his siblings zero money and no control over his kids.

They seem like good kids. I really hope they get a GAL. I wish Gloria Allred would step in -- she would have this plastered all over the news in fifteen minutes.

Prince Michael should ask or emancipation and get his siblings out of there. They are surrounded by a pack of thieves. Paris sounds like the one who will plaster it all over the news. She really blew this open with her tweets. The kidnappers tried to get their cellphones. This is kidnapping even if it is family. But wait, they aren't blood family.
I hope Alred does take her busy self and do some real good by taking on those fools. She is not afraid of them.
Those others are whack and have no idea or care about adoption.
My head hurts and I feel sorry for those kids. I could care less about the rest of them.

I have no idea if that is true or not, but yes, it does sound like him, doesn't it? Michael Jackson only left his mother and his children money, no one else.

They really are acting pretty evil right now.

Gloria Allred is perfect when a case needs some publicity. Like you said, she isn't afraid of anyone. She would sneer in Joe Jackson's face.

I also think Elder Abuse should look into this.
