I am from Texas. Like anywhere else, we have our share of really stupid people.

But Holy Shit! Gohmert basks in idiocy. Evil and complicit as well. How the hell could he have been elected to Congress?

No, I am scared as Hell. I sometimes want to blame dishonest voting machine. I talk to other Texans and hear either hatred and idiocy or hopelessness and resignation. I have often said "Texas would be blue if we vote". But I wonder.

As far as my sanity, it may have left me long ago. Sigh, Texas is home and there are many Texans I love and respect.
