And he missed the point entirely. It's true that Haiti is in tough shape, but the reason Trump doesn't want Haitians (besides the obvious reason that they're black) is because they come from a poor country and therefore are undesirable - not understanding that almost all of our ancestors, regardless of country of origin - came to the US because they were trying to get away from bad conditions and find a better life.
