I saw two stories on CNN that should raise the angst of every Progressive. If one extrapolates them, I think it could put the expected 2018 Blue Wave at risk.

(15,933 posts)And to the OP, I generally don't click on your threads because of your redirecting everyone to your site. It seems there are a lot of people here who are not interested in visiting your site!

(42,862 posts)This is an example of using OTHER people's videos and journalism (CNN) to lure visitors to an entirely different site that (presumably) makes money with ads.
It's actually MORE ADS than actual content. The page takes FOR-FUCKING-EVER to load (even with a broadband connection). Pathetic!
AND... it looks like CNN has successfully file a copyright infringement with YouTube: THE VIDEO HAS BEEN REMOVED!

(30,481 posts)Just has some extremely strange thoughts that often lead to him talking up Trump. Here is an excerpt from one of his positngs.
The current iteration of Trumpcare has failed. But we should remember that Donald Trump has always been an avid supporter of single-payer Medicare for all. In fact, just recently he reiterated that as well. Democrats would do well to be careful. Trump has no core values. He will turn on a dime irrespective of what hes said in the past or the present. He may do that with health care which could guarantee him Democratic support and a second term. We will discuss this today.

(4,265 posts)He just wants clicks to his website. I've seen him on DK as well.
Almost as annoying as the people who are watching a tennis match and open a thread with "Great point!" as the only text and and nothing else.

(4,058 posts)read my blog with what is generally salient opinion and research. Does my site have ads? Yes. I am a full-time blogger/radio host/political activist trying to make a difference. Many good people come to my site to read my opinions and news. I link back from my site from applicable articles if I am sourcing from here. I also make sure to support this site with a monthly donation.
My point is that we are all progressives here. Let's not assign unwarranted ill-intent. If you do not want to go to my site, that is your right. The negative inferences do not hurt me. I've been a full-time blogger for a long time and can take the heat. But it does affect new Progressives who want to do more.

(42,862 posts)In this one, the author is falsely accusing Democrats of "dereliction" and using other euphemisms to imply that Democrats are negligent or otherwise incompetent and wasting opportunities.
Sites like that promote anxiety and distrust among Democrats. Distrust between ourselves and against our Democratic leaders and elected officials. Things like that are very myopic, short-sighted, and self-serving. (Gee... who benefits from that, I wonder?? NOT DEMOCRATS, that's for sure!)
The whole site stinks. It's amateurish and total trash. The multiple inline ads (ie: ads inline with the body of the "article" are so distracting and intrusive that nobody can easily tell what the actual content is supposed to be. There are SO MANY top-banner, bottom-banner and side-banner ads that take forever to load... and while they do load, you can't read the page because as each ad fills-in, the story text jumps around so much it's TOTALLY UNREADABLE. At least FIFTY individual ads on the page that I just viewed.
