A small comparison.
I don't know if this has been brought up yet (tho it probably has), but I'm listening to Cenk bring up clips from Ron Johnson, WI senator, and all the right wing hacks are talking about how since Norway had its shooting and it has strict gun regulation, whatchagonnado? So, if I understand this correctly, strict gun control and a maniac still gets the guns means we might as well give up, yes?
I am all for it, which really makes no difference, since guns aren't going to be controlled in this country that has been bought and sold by the NRA, apparently. In fact, I think we should apply this logic to prostitution and cannabis, too. We have strict "control" of these vices and have had so for decades. People still use prostitutes and still get high. Whatchagonnado? I guess we should follow the gun model and let the fucking chips fall where they may, yes? No? Then riddle me the difference. Thanks.
