Dear People: If you see skinny children out at night, digging for food in their trash cans,
and they don't go to school or leave the house during the day, ask them if they're hungry.
If they're afraid to talk to you, then call 911.
Yeah, if it's a false alarm, some good parents might have to deal with social workers for a while. But that's better than good children having to live with evil parents, because you decided it wasn't your business.
P.S. Nobody eats food out of garbage cans for fun.

Some nearby residents told CBS2 News they saw some of the children picking up trash around their home, and at one point even digging for food in the garbage bins.
“Nonchalant, looked like they were having fun like a regular family,” neighbor Nicole Gooding told CBS2.
