The limited oversight that the Senate Intel committee had over how US intel agencies spend their money, is now effectively gone!

Or was this changed for todays vote? And is it permanent, or only good for the 3 week length of the CR?
And why didnt the MFrs read, or have their staff, read what was in the CR...
