Montana Governor issues Executive Order

ensuring Net Neutrality for providers who contract with the state to provide services.

Those people need to pull their heads out of their asses. The Governor of Montana is a Democrat, you can bet your sweet behind that if he was a republican, big carriers would be allowed to ripoff consumers to their heart's desire.
