When negotiating for hostages, they never get them all released at the same time.

It's always a multi-stage process and a series of trades.
Today we freed the CHiP kids from their evil captors.
Now for the next 3 weeks we will work of the DACA kids.
There aren't any other hostages the GOP can use against us now.
No more Sophie's Choices left to force on us.
What else do they have to offer to win the votes they need?
It may not feel like it for everybody right now, even those of us who are pleased with a partial victory today, but this is a great first step.
The CHiP kids are out of the line of fire. That is a great thing.
it's up to us to put ourselves on the line for the DACA kids now.

Republicans are master criminals who are never at a loss for who to screw next.

No more hostages? They'll create some. They might decide to deport all non-American-citizens who aren't from northern Europe.
