4. Let's see if PA-18 can pass the test Alabama recently passed

It's going to take some work, but this is a flippable seat. Lamb, an excellent candidate just like Doug Jones, is within the margin of error, we have seven weeks to work, and you have to figure Republicans aren't going to make themselves more likable in the meantime.
