In 3 weeks I am in favor of Democrats trading Trump his whole border wall to save the DACA people

if necessary.
Let him have the money.
If we save these kids it's worth it and it comes with a bonus.
Trump loses twice if he takes the deal.

First, his base will hate that he gave ANYONE amnesty.
The will hate the GOP Senators and House members that vote for it too.
They all might get primaries because of it, because of their hate.
I mean capital "H" Hate.
The GOP base has such hate for people of color it clouds everything else they do.
They don't care that like 80% of people think they should get to stay.
This people will go ape-shit.

Second, then every Democratic Party campaign gets to talk about how Trump is WASTING Americans money for the wall he promised them over and over again that Mexico will pay for, that we don't even need.

It's a hammer and chisel combo that will chip away at his base and other followers from now til 2020.
When we win with the Blue Wave coming in 2018 we will stop the wall in the House or Senate anyway.

reasons chief traitor is too fucking dumb to understand and his supporters dont understand.

The risky part is letting the "he mastered the negotiation" lie to perpetuate, but if it means saving these kids, then save them we must.

Give Trump some planning money for now and then cancel it after he's been impeached.

A good parent doesn't cave, but it's not as though we care about raising Trump right. Those 800,000 families don't care about the principle of the thing. Just let him have it.

As long as the two aren’t tied to each other in any way. I don’t think many have thought their way through the wall. Outside of small sections, most will be hung up in the courts for years. The visual of small I completed sections won’t look good for Republicans.

No.

Hard line in the Sand. Let the GOP run after seeing DACA people deported.

It will be a blue wave the likes we have never seen.

I am unwilling to sacrifice the lives of 700,000 people, where America Is the only home they have ever known, To be deported For a political agenda. Our party does the right thing by people, not letting them suffer so we can score political victories. That’s what the Republicans do.

0.3% of the total population. That border wall will be a lasting symbol of racism to marginalize Hispanic Americans for generations. Not worth the trade off.
