Reportedly, it was written by Nunes and 3 other Republican Congressmen? It's intent is to discredit Robert Mueller.
But, Nunes doesn't want to release it? Why?
What is this game they play?

(42,279 posts)Conspiracy and pretend are so much more nasty than the truth, especially when it comes out that the memo is a lie.
Of course, he also thought telling the WH about stuff he learned FROM the WH was a smart move...
We already know that Russian web bots have mounted a broad campaign to "free the memo," which has been picked up and recirculated by clueless, wishful thinking right-wing American blogs. Yup, the Russians are echoing The Donald's call that someone hack Nunes' memo and make it public. So they're attacking themselves, which makes no sense unless you pay attention to their steak but overlook their sizzle.

(5,268 posts)The rightwing's conspiracy theory about the Dossier took a big credibility hit when Feinstein and Schiff got the Simpson Dossier testimony released, so Nunes and his Trumper wingnuts were desperate to concoct something to prop up their brainwashed base to continue believing that the Trump/Russia probe is a Clinton conspiracy involving corrupt FBI agents who went easy on criminal Clinton while unfairly targeting innocent Trump.

(11,908 posts)scumbag Nunes to interpret a supposed FBI memo. I also don't believe for one minute that, even if it's a legit memo, they haven't edited and embellished it. Probably doesn't want to release it because he's afraid they have a real copy of something that will show him for what he really is.

(1,180 posts)Youd notice that when TGowdy saw the direction of the Testimony wasn't going the way he wanted it, he clamed Up. It was Adam Schiff who set the tone, and led the questioning to the money laundering issue that Fusion GPS had uncovered.
The doc Nunes has written is a biased attempt to throw shade on the Dossier, sticking to the lie that it was the basis for the FISA warrant. It gives the Right a tool to wave to the camera in an effort distract from all their lawless behavior.

(22,976 posts)If you can stomach a venture to right-wing sites, or just check the lead "story" on Hannity every night, you'll see that the entire right wing has a raging hard-on about THE MEMO!!1!!
it supposedly "documents" (dutifully penned by Nunes the Weasel) LIB'BRUL bias (GASP!) in the investigation. It's a load of horseshit, really.

(100,054 posts)It's a steaming load of bullshit. They made the whole thing up to distract from the Mueller investigation and to stir up Trump's base. I'd be willing to bet good odds that memo doesn't exist.
