I don't think he knows what to say.

It was so obvious from his recent tweets -- not to mention what Idiot Son #2 said on Fox the other night -- that he wanted the shutdown. He can't be happy that it's over already.

Big win for Republicans as Democrats cave on Shutdown. Now I want a big win for everyone, including Republicans, Democrats and DACA, but especially for our Great Military and Border Security. Should be able to get there. See you at the negotiating table!

Of course the Republicans didn't win and the Democrats didn't cave.

But we can always trust Trump to get it wrong, even if we can't trust him on anything else.
