QUESTION: Can Medication Help Rmoney With His Overt Constant Lying?

Seriously, my main reason for not wanting rMoney in the white house is I grew up with someone who lied on the level rMoney did....I mean lied about the dumbest shit too..like...why even lie about that kinda lies.

That person ended up murdering someone later on in life, cold blood....bout as stupid as on of his lies...

I've always thought that guy was kinda off and maybe would need medication...

Would medication or therapy help Romney?

I do think Romney has a problem that he can NOT control, he most likely grew up never having to explain himself and now it's engrained or something.

Thank you in advance for your input

I know that millions of people are living much more productive lives because of medications for mental illness, me included.

I work for the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Heath Services of our County Government and we do have a couple of openings you should be able to apply for with your vast understanding of the field of psychiatry.

Do you want to see the job postings?

which could include intensive care in a Psychiatric Heath Facility, treatment for any type of mental illness along with therapy.

We bring in a lot of homeless in to programs and find that they qualify for Medicare and so we enroll them and bill Medicare for their treatments.

The therapy only helps them to be better sociopaths, as it gives them insight into how to better abuse people.

would have to address underlying reasons for all the lies. 'Therapy' might be better to help with that, but of course the patient must, first, acknowledge the problem, essential unease with oneself.

Anything after they It think he went into world protection mode like Palin did after she found out she was fuckin stupid.

It think he KNOWS he needs help but can't get it while campaigning maybe?

jus....

I think sociopath is way too simple of an explanation...

Pseudologia fantastica, mythomania, or pathological lying are three of several terms applied by psychiatrists to the behavior of habitual or compulsive lying.[1][2] It was first described in the medical literature in 1891 by Anton Delbrueck.[2] Although it is a controversial topic,[2] pathological lying has been defined as "falsification entirely disproportionate to any discernible end in view, may be extensive and very complicated, and may manifest over a period of years or even a lifetime".[1]

Psychotherapy appears to be one of the only methods to treat a person suffering from pathological lying. There has been no research done regarding the use of pharmaceutical medication to treat pathological liars.[10] Some research suggests that certain people may have a “predisposition to lying”.[11]

Pathological lying is a complex phenomenon, differing from other mental illnesses. It has many life-changing consequences for those that have to live with the illness. Currently, there is not enough research in the area of pathological lying to guarantee a cure.[12]

I don't know if there's any cure for psychopathic lying--and he's a champion of that.

I was listening to him pontificate at the Legion, and I could not help but notice that he was doing a little "camel kiss" TSK at the end of each sentence. It was obvious, repetitive, and somewhat annoying. I wager his audience wasn't too thrilled with hearing that TSK at the end of each bullshitting declaration. Not quite fingers on a blackboard, but irritating nonetheless.

That pleased me. I like to see the enemy try like hell and come off like shit.

As an aside, a "camel kiss"--a dismissive TSK, usually accompanied by a jerk of the head up and back--means NO in many middle eastern/SWAsian cultures.

I mean we all are weird in our own ways but damn... the amount of weirdness goes beyond like one or two issues.
