What is the program? I do not trust MSNBC or MSM in general, but do occasionally watch MSNBC - always watch Rachel. It sounds to me like it is just a kind of click-bait to get viewers.

They won't necessarily "convert" many people, but they'll get to their base and get them out to vote.

And for the Independents, they can give them a lot of (one-sided) reasons why they should vote GOP.

It is based on gathering the massive amounts of information that are available through all kinds of sources, correlating it, developing voter profiles, and then developing and implementing action plans for each type of voter.

It will be used for local races as well as state and federal races.
