Trump 'looking forward' to testifying before Mueller under oath in Russia investigation http://bit.ly/2E7VTf0

http://www.oregonlive.com/today/index.ssf/2018/01/trump_looking_forward_to_testi.html

WASHINGTON -- President Donald Trump declared late Wednesday he's "looking forward" to being questioned -- under oath -- in the special counsel's probe of Russian election interference and possible Trump obstruction in the firing of the FBI director.

Trump said he would be willing to answer questions under oath in the interview, which special counsel Robert Mueller has been seeking but which White house officials had not previously said the president would grant.

"I'm looking forward to it, actually," Trump said when asked by reporters at the White House. Ad for timing, he said, "I guess they're talking about two or three weeks, but I'd love to do it."

He said, as he has repeatedly, that "there's no collusion whatsoever" with the Russians, and he added, "There's no obstruction whatsoever."

will see it in his best interests to resign after the first meeting with Mueller, who will likely show the irrefutable evidence he has on Trumpy AND his kids. Mueller will show Trumpy that his con game is over, that the evidence he has will go public, and Trumpy will have to go in hiding for the rest of his days. Trumpy will conclude that he has more flexibility to defend himself if he resigned.

It’s all plausible, but unlikely

From what I've gathered from the various pundits it seem that the Fucking Moron is very experienced at giving testimony in court due to the vast number of lawsuits he has been part of during for his entire life. Of course he instigated the lawsuits and didn't pay his attorneys most of the time. Obviously he feels superior and smarter than everyone on the planet due to his mental illnesses. Then there is his ability to make everyone he confronts go bankrupt with their own attorney fees which they DO end up paying whether or not they win. He has always gotten away with murder and he feels "above it all" and untouchable by mere laws that the average person must follow. His spawn have the same attitude.
Yet, this is where I am torn, he is crazy, impulsive, older, stressed out to a degree, a 100% liar and doesn't listen to advice from anyone who knows more than he does so he could easily fuck up.
On Chris Hayes tonight there was a guest who was a Watergate attorney and he knows his shit and he said he would advise the fake prez to take the 5th. Now this is where I get confused again, if he takes the 5th that means you are guilty but for some reason this is better than talking and getting caught in a lie.

So should he testify or not?

most, whether it is testifying, interviewing, being under oath, written statement, lawyers present, questions ahead of time, taking the fifth, being subpoenaed, etc. I do not know anything about law or this whole process. I just want him to go down as quickly and BIGLY as possible. I vote for whichever method/approach turns out to be the most successful in reaching the desired outcome...JAIL! I would also love to see all his and his family's assets seized since these traitors did it all for the love of money and personal gain.

... it was all "business," or money-laundering, or blackmail, or favors, or whatever... but Putin never said to him, "Hey, mudak, you collude with my country, yes?" -- and so Trump thinks it's all good.

He is before a court. That is inclusive of a Grand Jury and we all know one goes before a Grand Jury with no counsel present. Speaking with Muller he will be under the rules of the FBI which says there may be a possibility of criminal charges being files if one lies to it during an investigation. However, Gump can have counsel present during the questioning advising him.

1. He lies.
2. He gets caught.
3. Perjury charges follow.

IMHO, it's the financial crimes and (probable upcoming) perjury that will do him in fastest.

We are lucky he is as stupid as he is. A really clever neo-Nazi might not get caught for a long time. Trump? He will just say and do WTF he wants to despite legal advice, and BOOM he's OWNED by Mueller.
