Seth Abramson refutes The Hill article Trump "fighting back" actually a crime.

Hate to state the obvious, but, former public defender here, if you're being investigated by the feds for major crimes and you "fight back against it" by trying to get those investigating you fired/arrested, lying to them, hiding evidence, falsely accusing others... it's a CRIME.

2/ Threatening witnesses, trying to influence witnesses, writing other witnesses' statements, spreading lies about witnesses, falsifying evidence, trying to bribe witnesses or investigators with money or job offers...all can be CRIMES. Not "fighting back." http://thehill.com/homenews/administration/370620-trump-fighting-back-against-russia-probe-is-not-obstruction?__twitter_impression=true

When all of this is over (if we still have a department of justice) Nunez and the other shitbag party members need to be doing time.

to where it includes rich thieves, bigots, racists, and haters. When you cater to a base like theirs, well just behold today's GOP.

I guess the 2012 autopsy or funeral or whatever it was failed.

we need to prosecute a few of these shit-bags like Nunes, provided the statute of limitation hasn't been reached already.

No more "we're moving on and all is forgiven" like last time with the Bush cabal because they never learn or return the favor.

He needed to be **anything** but angry and vengeful, because the right was ready to weaponize any sign of anger.

Remember when they exploded at the news that he hit the table when talking to Boehner?

6. It's their god given kingly right.

Really, the so called fighting back is what a pampered king would do if one of his subjects dare to point out his faults. You don't investigate kings, you don't hold them accountable, you don't dare call their actions crimes.

The rich pampered, white old US oligarchs really do think they are blessed by god and are kings. Despite the fact that most uber rich people in the US got their stupendous wealth through some kind of crime, they think God made it so. And the GOP and Trump voters think so too. Seems in their minds, God rewards criminals.

Hence the criminal in the white house.
