His deal is BS since it will make the normal amount of immigration A LOT less over the next 10 years. Someone explained it so even I could understand it yesterday. This deal would protect the Dreamers but it would do so at the expense of many more immigrants over the next 10 years. It also is to give his rabid base the wall that he promised Mexico would pay for yet they are too stupid to realize that their tax dollars are paying for it. If the people who have been here waiting for any forward movement are told they have to wait for something else to happen first, How do we expect them to risk deportation while waiting. I thought the total number of Dreamers was established by who signed up by a given deadline. Unless he reopens the list, saying he's going to double that number is like saying he's going to double the number of moons orbiting earth.
