What SPECIFICS will Mueller say about Trump.

Here’s my guesses:
Money Laundering
Obstruction of Justice
Violating Emoluments clause

I think that is it.
He will not use words such as treason, collusion, or conspiracy.

1. Yes and no

I think you're correct about the main charges. An I agree with you about treason (a very specific crime and hard to prosecute) and collusion (which is not a crime).

Conspiracy is another matter, however. Trump conspired with many people to engage in many unlawful acts. Remember, it only takes two people to conspire.

3. Fraud

Nearly every bad act that Trump has engaged in throughout his life is fraudulent.

It will probably be very easy for Trump to be convicted of fraud. The only reason his "university" case went away was because he was willing to settle the claims with $25 million.

4. Trump University was certainly a fraud

His marriage is a fraud
His fake 2 Corinthians Christianity is a fraud
His hair and face color is a fraud
His claim to any type of decency is a fraud.

8. Wouldn't this also involve the RICO act?

I'm no lawyer, so just guessing.

5. yeah my guess is RICO.....

...but I think Kushner and Jr are in hot water. Even if ol Donnie gets nothing more than a slap on the wrist he doesn't like his family implicated. He will never sacrifice his Residency to save any of his kids so it will be interesting.

6. Soliciting foreign campaign contributions

No the biggest of their crimes, but certainly adds to the guilt stack.

'no person shall, directly or indirectly, solicit or accept from a foreign national any contribution to a campaign of money or any thing of value'
