The constant GOP mantra that there is no evidence in the Russian conspiracy or Obstruction

of Justice scandal is driving me crazy. Why do the numb nuts who interview these idiots not reply, "How do you know there is no evidence? Mueller and the prosecutors, or any investigative prosecutor worth a damn, would not divulge evidence until the investigation has ended." The fact that there has been indictments and a guilty plea means there is obviously evidence of something.

The Trump stooges that comment in my local paper say that all the time. Sheesh - like Mueller is going to publicly announce every days' findings?

2. The media never asks why every one of the Trump gang lied about Russian contacts

and then they all changed their stories when caught lying. Plus we have had numerous reports of emails between Don JR and Wikileaks, the Trump Tower meeting, emails going back and forth showing that several prominent Trumpers were informed both of Papadopolous' and Page's foreign trips where they met with Russians and revelations that several of them were in the email loop about Flynn discussing sanctions with Kislyak before it was publicly known and while they were all denying anything like that going on.

Then even one piece of evidence will be a scandal. The actual avalanche of evidence with seem overwhelming.

Frankly, they’d be better off acknowledging the evidence and trying to dismiss it somehow. So I’m happy to let them run with a losing strategy.

You’ll also note that the “there hasn’t been any evidence” crowd have absolutely no explanation for why Trump et al keep changing their stories about incidents that could point to collusion with Russians.

How many people (Sessions, Kushner, and Don Jr. to name a few) have denied any contacts with Russians, only to change their stories after they’ve been confronted with the proof of those contacts? And yet the “Trump & Co are guiltless” folks never offer an answer as to why “guiltless” people deny things one day, and admit to them the next day when they’re proven to have lied.
