Need a little clarification on DACA

It was my understanding that a lower California federal court had banned deportation of DACA recipients. Am I wrong? I know our unconstitutional Mitch the puke turtle Supremo court could overturn it, but I thought the Dreamers were protected as long as the lower court ruling held.

The DOJ has asked the Supreme Court to "fast track" the issue (and the court agreed) so there will be a decision on
the issue around June.

But Trump can try a court in another location, like Texas and get an opposite ruling. Ultimately the SC gets involved. The mess is one more consequence of the actions of the "no difference" idiots and their attacks on democratic candidates.
