How, exactly, did Trump reduce black unemployment?

Been going down steadily for seven years. I’ve been looking through the legislation Trump has passed and can’t find a single bill or EO Trump has signed that even remotely relates to black employment. Asking for a friend.

Those two alone doubled the number of AAs in any Cheeto organization. Does that count?

Trump is trying to take credit for - yes, even good stuff from before he took office.

Before he took office, good unemployment or jobs numbers were fake news, but now good news is because of Trump. And, even mediocre jobs numbers like 2017 are touted as awesome and the media mostly takes that at face value - even though job creation was at its worst since 2011.

He is the reason all good things happen,
and Obama/Clinton are to blame for all bad things that happen.
