Schneiderman probably has everything that relates to state crimes. They may even have some contingency plans for coordinated action in some cases. For instance, I could imagine that if Bozo the Klan tries giving preemptive pardons, Schneiderman might go public with about 100 money laundering and conspiracy indictments at the state level.
