I commented that I respect anyone who does not listen to the speech tonight.
Someone I do not know responded that perhaps I would "step-up to a better class of citizens one day". I usually do not respond to strangers like that. However, I did respond that I found it interesting that he used the word "class". I should have just ignored him. If he responds again I should but I may be tempted.
I may need y'all to talk me down later.
Class implies income and social status. It has nothing to do with knowledge, ethics or common decency.

By the way, I won't watch the Idiot tonight, either and I think I'm a pretty good citizen. I pay my taxes, I vote, I work in my community and I support Democratic candidates.
