Is anyone worse than Donald Trump at reading the teleprompter?

More and more, I believe he is borderline illiterate. He is closer to the dumbest person in the world than he is to the smartest person in the world.

Reading a speech should be easy for anyone. No one should be praised for reading a great speech off a teleprompter unless he wrote the speech. Maybe they can give him a ribbon if he finishes?

The difference is, when Obama went off script, he was able to come up with coherent sentences with words of two syllables or more. Trump barely manages two syllables while reading the script.

"fake news", "Pocahontas", etc in his speech.

Reading the speech is torture because it doesn't contain his slang.
