Anyone have the prepared remarks? He's going hard teleprompter.

And is not known for actual improv when he does this. I do not have the patience to listen to him drivel on with a 5th grade reading ability.

I am seeing a lot of news articles about his speech, I guess they won't release the remarks until afterward. Unlike Obama whose speeches were released while he was doing them.
