I personally thought Patti LuPone's Grammy performance

was the best of the night...That was even before I knew she was a total badass!

"Q: Why should Trump come see your show?

Patti LuPone: Well, I hope he doesn't because I won't perform if he does.

Q: Really? Tell me why.

LuPone: Because I hate the motherfucker, how's that?"

I've seen her on Broadway a few times and my favorite was for a play called Master Class where she played Maria Callas. Not surprised she's a badass.

I was also glad that she and ALW must have made up at this point after the Sunset Blvd. controversy/law suit.

Way to leave a mark and make sure they can't use her as a pithy soundbite.

LuPone is notoriously rankle-able, although she's earned it.

She stopped a show cold once to yell at people taking flash pictures during the performance (which is prohibited and the audience is warned about beforehand).

She doesn't take any guff, and you can tell she didn't want to answer questions about Trump at what should have been an enjoyable celebration.
