Trump allegedly wants a terrorist attack so that he can unify the nation.

In the last segment of Morning Joe the conversation rolled around to the fact that trump attended a lunch with numerous people including news folk prior to the State of the Union speech. During this lunch he is quoted as saying that the only way he sees to unify the nation is if some catastrophic incident occurs. He has reportedly expressed this sentiment before.

So if terrorists fail to accommodate him will he orchestrate some catastrophic incident or will his having requested one be enough for his alt right wack jobs to act?

How does a rational, moral human think like this, let alone verbalize such sentiments?

If his wish for a catastrophic incident against America fails to occur will he restart the war with North Korea? How about his seeming desire for a reduced Iran?

That this kind of thinking is what represents this nation should scare the crap out of everyone. He is looking for a way to suspend constitutional rights and bring the nation to it’s, his, knees. That is what he means by unity. Not a collective value we all adhere to, but a forced tyrannical imposition of power.

South Korean nominee for ambassador, dropping out during SOTU and their reasoning being the Trump admin.'s feelings about a first strike. It's all very terrifying.

When the bush regime allowed 9/11 to happen, they did not make such claims.
When the USS Main was sunk, it was not publicly known prior to the incident that it was allowed to happen in the name of starting a war.

or a war initiated with N. Korea, Iran, etc. would suit their purposes to implement a host of very ugly, un-democratic possibilities. I think they've been itching for this for a long time. Mueller needs to hurry up.
