The memo will be the excuse to fire Rosenstein. It will state that the FISA warrant that HE APPROVED ( actually he only approved the renewal ) was based on flawed intelligence from a partisan paid for "smear" ( the Steele dossier ) . The VRWC will claim that any and all information thus gathered by Mueller as a result of starting with this FISA warrant is therefore inadmissible in a court of law ( fruit of a poisonous tree ) and the entire investigation into Trump and his family and associates is therefore void. Rosenstein will be fired for dereliction of duty and poor judgment, Mueller will have his team disbanded and his funding cut to near zero.

But they have to release the memo with the cherry-picked classified intelligence to give cover to the repukes and Faux Snooze idiots who will scream about "out of control FISA courts" and "justice department run amok" etc etc
