So lemme get this straight. He was unarmed. He never made a threat. He disobeyed an order to stop.

And now, 24 year old Manuel Diaz is dead. Shot by an Anaheim, CA, cop.

Are those the essential facts?

If those are the essential facts, and if there is no mitigation, then the cop(s) ought to be charged with murder.
