Hopefully, it was discovered in the early stages. Ovarian cancer is sometimes called "the silent cancer" because it has very few symptoms other than those that can only be found in a pelvic exam.
Fifteen years ago, I lost my maternal grandmother to ovarian cancer that spread to her uterus and bones before the end. Take good care of her, Big Eddie!
