Vicksburg Day Care Bullying: 9-Year-Old Caught Beating, Kicking Toddlers (GRAPHIC VIDEO)

Surveillance video retrieved from Kiddie City Childcare Center in Vicksburg, Miss., shows a 9-year-old boy punching a toddler in the face and kicking another. All of the child's actions went unnoticed by attendants for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, KLTV reports

Local news station WLBT interviewed the young boy's aunt, Vinia Dolley, who said she was shocked to see her nephew's actions.

"He bad. He fight but he don't fight little babies. He do also have a problem. He take medicine every day and he just a normal child," Dolley told WLBT. "I feel bad about him jumping on a two year-old baby, he 9 years old. He don't fight his own 2-year-old brother like that or cousins."

Jamie Williams, a parent of one of the girls the boy attacked, was angered by the situation and slapped a boy he thought was responsible. But he reportedly slapped the wrong boy and was later arrested, according to the station.

I hope that kid is given some appropriate mental care and kept away from other kids for as long as he's considered dangerous.
