(26,044 posts)The proper strategy is that, as soon as the date for the Parade for Dear Leader is announced, plans start being made for the largest anti-Trump march ever elsewhere in the city.

(15,381 posts)Everyone wear normal clothes that can be taken off in a hurry because once the parade starts, everyone watching it should shed what they're wearing to reveal a clown costume underneath, and en masse, we should all jump the barriers and join the parade.

(92 posts)Of other authoritarian/despot military parades in the past --on the side of buildings or screens, nearby? No sound. It'd just create a visual juxtaposition. People would see it, and it would be symbolically and literally parallel, if you could do it close enough.

(73,630 posts)Not in DC, not in NYC. I cant think of any major city that would allow it. Most of the military would never want it. Hell, even Congressional GOPrs have come out against it.
I can see Trump backing down.
