Everyone wear normal clothes that can be taken off in a hurry because once the parade starts, everyone watching it should shed what they're wearing to reveal a clown costume underneath, and en masse, we should all jump the barriers and join the parade.

Of other authoritarian/despot military parades in the past --on the side of buildings or screens, nearby? No sound. It'd just create a visual juxtaposition. People would see it, and it would be symbolically and literally parallel, if you could do it close enough.

Not in DC, not in NYC. I can’t think of any major city that would allow it. Most of the military would never want it. Hell, even Congressional GOPrs have come out against it.
