1. It won't probably be leaked.

And it probably won't be read into the Congressional record until the FBI and other relevant agencies have insured that it does not reveal important classified information.

Democrats respect the rule of law. That's why it has not been released.

If the memo doesn’t reveal anything classified, then there is nothing new in it. Only the willfully deluded believe Nunes because the salient rebuttal facts are already known.

democrats saw how Nunes was derided, mocked, and basically made an ass out of himself (and tRUMP too), with his so-called earthshaking memo, that basically was a total bust.

The release of the democratic memo, I speculate is being very cautiously decided, and will be done at a time and place of democrats choosing, not tRUMP or the repugs. Screw them anyways. Total partisan hacks.

I would hold this in reserve (the democrat memo), as a another weapon if needed, in the future.

What benefits would we derive additionally, especially in view of the derision and laughter that the Nunes memo generated? Save ours for a rainy day.

Two things would happen if it was leaked while Schiff is still working with the FBI on redactions:

1. It would piss of the FBI, which would be stupid since at the moment they're pissed off at Trump and why would we want to have them pissed at us too?

2. The yelping about the possible disclosure of sensitive information that the FBI believed should be redacted would drown out the discussion of the memo's substance.

12. The memo does not need Trump approval to be released

according to leading Constitutional scholar Laurence Tribe and others. It would need committee approval, but since it was unanimously sent to Trump, I would think that should not be a problem
