Asshole Supreme says Mueller should go after Hillary for treason. Read about it here at this *progressive* *not RW* website: https://thinkprogress.org/on-hannity-former-white-house-official-suggests-hillary-clinton-deserves-to-be-executed-540b8ec2e94a/
This is not a repetition of RW talking points; it is the exact opposite.

(9,114 posts)If so, why is he still here in the US? Surely there are more worthy people fleeing dire circumstances and the very real threats of kidnap and murder in Central America more worthy of a green card than this clown.

(58,785 posts)here, so maybe that's a step up? Except, is that argument that they aren't really our issues because we're being "forced to carry water for them"? I don't really understand that. Are we without true ideals, or just failures who feel obliged to keep spinning our wheels?
I didn't get to read one post that was removed about how Democrats should give up on gun control. But from others, we're being "forced to carry water for" gun control, DACA, healthcare, "even god help us, abortion."
They're not messages that ping with me, so one could choose to regard bringing in a little reminder of Hillary Hate as more on point. Unlike the "forced" business to me, the vicious, nation-destroying hate is at least still very real.

(4,483 posts)The one that was removed was a followup to my questioning why we allow Republicans to make certain issues--like DACA, abortion, health care, gun control--our responsibility when these are Democratic ideals supported by the majority of Americans, and we are not in a position to force any legislative action on any of them. I suggested that we had done our job by our support of these issues through the years and that instead of continuing the drumbeat for battles we had already won (as far as we can win them) we concentrate on battles that truly are battles, i.e. racism, sexism and income inequality. The Republicans continue to use our support for abortion, immigration reform and "Obamacare" talking points against us--even though most Americans agree with us--and that has helped us lose elections.
We need to work on achieving majority support for legislation against racism and sexism and on doing whatever can be done to address income inequality.
Aside from this, I am alarmed that posting information about what the other side is saying about us, btw--because I was not doing that--is forbidden here. I don't know how we are supposed to counter lies if we are not allowed to know what the lies are.

As for the rest, it's hard to understand why you think abandoning issues supported by most of our 200 million registered voters (as you yourself say) would help us win elections.
