We all know he has no empathy, at all - and school shooting survivors don't need to be subjected to his default of bragging about how good he is, how much more he's done to stop school shootings than anyone ever in the history of the world, how big his inauguration crowd is, or that Hillary is a crook.

Each of those points puts the focus squarely on the survivors and their families. If that's what it takes to keep him from inflicting more injury on these already raw individuals.
