The Reason why the answer to the Universe is 42

It is impossible for an observer to manoeuvre to see any rainbow from water droplets at any angle other than the customary one of 42 degrees from the direction opposite the Sun.

Maybe I should have placed this in the Science Forum or
for fans of The hitchhikers guide to the Universe.
But I just discovered this answering a science problem
and realized I had an answer to everything.

Is there an arc because we are actually seeing a reflection of the curvature of the Sun? Guess I'm a little dumb in this regard.

Actually the Sumerians had it together before the Jews, but their god went back to the stars.. and didn't stay in the desert and let someone break his rules written in stone.

Anyway, I think I found the answer .

in the grander scheme of things its just one more conformation that 42 is the correct answer. You might also ask yourself just how many things would constitute three dozen if we had been a more enlightened species.
