3. An interesting premise: how to get "liberal" teachers out of the classroom

Give teachers guns. Those teachers that are for this are likely to be wingnuts, not Dems.

Cynical thought if the day I guess.

However, as a former union rep for my school I sincerely doubt the unions will allow it. The NEA is big and has a lot of lawyers available. Even my local city union came to my aid with lawyers and it was free and we won.

My school building was full of mold, black mold, and the 6 year old students and I were teaching each other how to use inhalers. I had to sleep sitting up in bed. I complained and the district gave me a can of Lysol and a fan and told me to keep the door closed. There were no windows and it was a toxic environment. I was so sick I was kicked out of school and I went to the union. They sent people in and it was decided that the building was so poisoned that all 8 rooms had to be demolished. I got my sick pay back too. However my respiratory system is permanently damaged.

I am glad to hear that the Union supported you. I'd like to think that they would and could in this instance. But often the narrative gets controlled by others. And again, cynical and almost Orwellian:

"The NEA is against keeping your teachers from doing their jobs and protecting your children"

It writes itself for Faux News and their ilk.

I worked with for the past 30+ years would be out the door. Once the burden of gun-toting is added to our responsibilities, we're done. D-O-N-E done. Whose interests are served by such a lunatic proposal?

How else can you explain those idiots crawling out of their flood/storm/fire ravaged wrecks of homes, looking around their neghborhood savaged like Hiroshima and babbling about how much God loves them?
