tRump is right (I cant believe I said that), we should just take weapons away from the mentally

I’ll. The first weapon we should take away from a mentally ill person is his ability to access and use nuclear weapons. Turn the so called Football into a golf ball and tell him his golf cart is a nuclear delivery system, it’s biglyer that way. As long as he thinks he’s doing it the bigly way, well you get the idea.

mental status posed a potential risk to self or others. Then, like probable cause for arrest or for a "72 hour hold" or any of the myriad of events for which action can be taken with justification and later judicial appeal, there would be a legal structure for doing so.
