Where would we be if Jeff Sessions had not recused himself from Russia investigation?

Instead of reporting to Rod Rosenstein, Robert Mueller would have been reporting his findings to Jeff Sessions. Would he have informed Trump?

In hindsight, this may have been the most important decision ever made by Jeff Sessions.

By recusing himself, he created several roadblocks for the White House. The Republicans in the Senate stood behind Sessions and threatened repercussions if he were to be fired? And he was in charge of firing Rosenstein if Trump wanted to get rid of him.

Session's recusal permitted Mueller and the FBI to continue to do their investigation. Otherwise, it may have been over months ago?

Without you nailing Jefferson Beauregard Sessions, we might not be where we are at today. History will remember your gift to the USA.

Too bad so many in your own party took the bait and threw you under the bus in a rush to judgement.

She gets to take a leave of absence while everyone screams let the system work... which IS the right call. It would be Nice if that sentiment was consistent.
