This is the new "cold war" and he has been waging it. Putin has been undermining elections throughout Europe and they almost won. Thank goodness for France. Putin does not care that the entire world knows what he is and has been doing and will continue to do. Cyber/tech war is his weapon. The Europeans are way ahead of the US. Their countries' leaders have acknowledged the enemy and the weapon and have begun to fight back. They have been educating their adult populations about the influence and have restricted social media before elections as well as educating younger citizens about the dangers of social media and how to spot trolls, etc. Since our county is controlled by complicit GOP in all 3 branches, we are continuing to be victims of Putin and his new warfare. THANKS GOP and FUCKING MORON!!!!!! The midterms will be hacked and you will be sleeping well at night on overstuffed mattresses full of rubles and kickbacks.

When Obama was in office, this kind of talk didn't get much air time in the US.

Once upon a time, even saying that Putin was threatening the US was considered RW propaganda. Even with links to the original sources.

Putin played a video depicting nuclear war heads reigning down on Florida. A direct threat like we haven’t seen in a long time.

Can you imagine how the Cons would have freaked had Putin had the guts to threaten us under Obama?
