The Latest on tension between corporate America and the gun lobby (all times local):

Outdoor retailer REI says it’s halting future orders of some popular brands — including CamelBak water carriers, Giro helmets and Camp Chef stoves — whose parent company also makes ammunition and assault-style rifles.

Good on them.

LL Bean has also announced a 21 yr minimum age for gun sales (only sell at flagship Maine store) and say they only sell shotguns and rifles appropriate to hunting--no assault rifles??--> Wish someone could confirm...
