He’s no more emotionally attached to her than he is to the can of Diet Coke he has with breakfast. He’s got her terrified at this point, he’s broken her will. Melania loves their child and wants to be a good mother, that’s the only reason she has for living. Every moment with Trump is humiliation and terror.

She is too scared to leave her and he’s probably threatened the lives of her family. If she ever did leave he’d be with another woman publicly before the door closed. He’s a sociopath and literally would laugh if Melania died.
