Katy Tur told Chuck Todd that Trump keeps changing his mind on issues because “he’s just trying to get a reaction out of people.”

Todd said the President is clearly “erratic” because of Russia.

Brokaw talked about all the layers of the Mueller probe and the people now “singing their hearts out.”

Oh, and then he said this:

“My own impression is about the kind of leadership that we have at the moment: if a bunch of Martians arrive on Washington and said ‘Take us to your leader,’ the White House would say, ‘He’s too busy right now, he’s writing a tweet to Alec Baldwin.'”

Tur dryly added, “Alex Baldwin.”
