in fact i suggest he go right up to the bench and tell that judge where to shove that subpoena.

i'm sure it will all work out swimmingly.

Maybe call the judge a few nicknames and make fun of his weight. You know, just show him he's not one to be messed with.

“This is the door. Kick it open and come in.”

Or, oh, have Sam ring up Manafort if he has any questions about this particular procedure

What the hell program is he using? Mueller asked for ALL emails, so he doesn't have to wade through them...just > Search By Sender and Search by Recipient > Steve Bannon, etc. Bada bing bada boom, they're done. Probably wouldn't take an hour.

Also, if you listened closely, Katy Tur asked Nunberg when he decided not to comply. Sam said as soon as he read the subpeona, had hadn't even bothered to go through them. Then, just before he hung up Nunberg contradicted himself and said he spent some time going through the emails and it was time consuming and he decided he wasn't going to do it.

Which is it, Sam? Did you go through them or not? And why even bother? Mueller didn't ask you to send just the emails you want to send, he said ALL emails, so there is really no reason to have to go through them, is there?

Clearly, Sam was going through them and realized there was a shitload of bad stuff in there, and got spooked. As was just pointed on on MSNBC, more than likely Mueller already has Nunberg's emails, and was looking to see which ones Nunberg decided not to hand over.

Sam Nunberg is guilty as sin, as are Bannon and Stone. You could hear it in his voice.
