His media tour this afternoon is a misstep and he is going to find himself in the crosshairs. A judge has granted Mueller a subpoena and Nunberg seems to fail to appreciate the gravity of the situation he is now creating for himself.

He is not going to be very happy when he is arrested on Friday and finds himself wearing an orange jumpsuit.
