Sam Nunberg marches to his own drummer. He's not speaking at my behest or direction. He is clearly not shy about expressing his own views.
I was briefly part of the Trump campaign and have been the President's friend and adviser for decades; and would expect that Mueller's team would at some point ask for any documents or emails sent or written by me. But let me reiterate, I had no knowledge or involvement in Russian Collusion or any other inappropriate act. Again I had no advance notice or knowledge of the source, content or exact timing of the wikileaks disclosures regarding Hillary nor did I know about or predict the hacking and publication of John Podesta's email.
I did confirm thru a source that Wikileaks really had Material on Hillary and would publish it after Assange said so in an interview
All of this is ,of course , an effort to distract from the emerging fact that the Obama DOJ and FBI used what they knew was fabricated evidence to justify the surveillance of the Republican candidate for president 's campaign in violation of the law and the constitution"

(2,315 posts)Carefully crafted statement.
He claims no notice of the source (an absolute statement)
He claims no notice of the content (an absolute statement)
But he carefully claims of the EXACT timing (a loophole statement)
Draw your own conclusions.

(3,032 posts)I can't wait for him to RICO the lot of them.
Rico prohibits engaging in a sustained pattern of already criminal activity in connection with a business or other enterprise. Mueller has to prove an "enterprise" and a "pattern of racketeering" to apply it. Does he need it, I don't know, but it would sharpen a money laundering investigation and increase risk, therefore leverage, on participants.
Roger Stone's Nixon tramp stamp will be a big hit in the big house.
