"Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin had to remind President Donald Trump that he has to sign his new tariffs announcement as the president appeared ready to head back to the Oval Office.

After giving a speech touting his new steel and aluminum tariffs, Trump spoke to steelworkers gathered at the White House and asked them if they wanted to come into the Oval Office for a photo.

“Would you like to take a picture in the Oval Office?” Trump asked the group. “Let’s go an do that.”

Mnuchin had to stop him and remind him that he hadn’t signed the proclamation he had been speaking about.

“You’re signing the…” Mnuchin was caught saying on the microphone.

“Yes, I’m going to do that,” Trump replied. “Let’s go to the Oval Office, we’re going to sign this.”.....
