I could design an entire law course around the contract (Cohen) and the complaint (Daniels).

(I've already used pieces of both in my bar skills course.)

Like someone who actually passed a bar exam somewhere, who stated in a document filed with an actual court, asserting that failure to sign an agreement renders the contract void.

Might make it unenforceable, but not void under any principles of law I'm aware of.

And Jimmy McGill isn't as sleazy as Michael Cohen - he tried to do the right thing, at least for awhile.

Every profession has a certain percentage of incompetents and nutballs. A guy like Trump attracts them, like flies to manure.
