(34,060 posts)Like someone who actually passed a bar exam somewhere, who stated in a document filed with an actual court, asserting that failure to sign an agreement renders the contract void.
Might make it unenforceable, but not void under any principles of law I'm aware of.

(24,128 posts)at our neighborhood co-op here in ABQ. There were few other customers in the store at the time. She loved getting a chance to talk to him and reported that he was very nice, polite.
